Pump House Farm Supplies reserves the right to change packaging. All products and services are subject to availability.

Prices
Prices display VAT charged at 17.5%. Pump House Farm Supplies will charge a fee calculated at Paypal shopping cart for postage costs and packaging costs on all product orders. 'Next Day Delivery' or Special Delivery or Courier costs will be charged as requested by our customers. All items will be sent proof of postage at first class rate.

Orders
Your order will only be processed upon receipt of payment. Currently, we accept payment by cheque or using Paypal or postal order.
Once we receive your order we can send you an email confirming your order details on request, you will also be given a customer reference number for any future correspondence.

Delivery
Please note that if we experience problems with your order, it may take up to 3 days before you are notified of this.
Deliveries will not normally be made on a Sunday or on UK public holidays. Please contact us by telephone if you require a delivery at these times to see whether it is possible for us to make a special delivery.
The AM or PM preference is just that - a preference. We Do Not guarantee any delivery times. We will always try to adhere to your requested preference wherever possible.

We aim to acknowledge all queries within two working days, and deal with complaints fully within five working days. Statutory Rights
Pump House Farm Supplies are fully committed to providing you with the best possible service. If you are not satisfied in any way with the service that you have received please let us know and your complaint will be investigated. If we are satisfied that your complaint is genuine a replacement or refund will be given. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. As an e-commerce site PHFS agrees to accept goods and refund payment with 7 days of the purchase if the customer is not entirely satisfied with the goods as long as the goods are in the same condition they left PHFS in.

Whilst we agree to use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that the PHFS Site is fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this. We therefore accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the PHFS Site and/or the PHFS Service. For your security, our payment details page is protected using a 40-bit encrypted secure server, along with the added security of PGP encryption software. Once we have installed Credit card facilities on this web site we will not store your payment details at all, digitally or otherwise. Only if our network accepts your order will your credit or debit card be authorised and debited accordingly.
You will receive confirmation of your order by email with your unique sales reference, soon after placing your order this will be required for any correspondence.

Guarantee
Zoom scissors carry a 10 year guarantee. This means Zoom scissors are guaranteed not to rust or corrode within this time. Bare in mind PHFS does not guarantee against dropping your scissors or damage caused by bending the scissors in any way! Like all scissors, Zoom scissors will require reconditioning from time to time which will be charged for. Cobalt steel is very brittle and if Zoom scissors are dropped, hairline fractures can occur that won't be visible to the human eye. Years later this metal can snap due to this earlier incident. PHFS does not guarantee against snapping . Contact us if in doubt. PHFS has a policy to strive to be fair to all customers.
